We are excited that we have launched our very own
‘Isleham Blue Pork™’ which is now a Registered Trade Mark.
The Pork is from a black sow (for instance a ‘Saddleback’) and a modern day white
boar (for instance a ‘Large White’) whose progeny are born a blue colour.
It has a bit more fat than pork from a commercial pig and the flavour is amazing.

This price includes the sausage making class with our very experienced Butcher David and you take your hand made sausages home.
With many people self isolating or struggling to get their shopping at these difficult times we are pleased to offer a free delivery service to anyone having to isolate within 15 miles of the farm. If you are very local or in the village of Isleham and you can collect, PLEASE could you collect. Please order online.
