Award Winning ‘Isleham Blue Pork™’

We are excited that we have launched our very own
‘Isleham Blue Pork™’ which is now a Registered Trade Mark.
The Pork is frrom two Rare Breed Pigs, a Saddleback Sow and a Large White Boar or Welsh Boar whose progeny are born a blue colour.
It has a bit more fat than pork from a commercial pig and the flavour is amazing.

Sausage Making Classes
Sausage Making Classes will resume from January 2025 on a Saturday morning. Please call 01638 780180 to make an appointment. You must bring vouchers with you.
Pre-purchased Vouchers are non refundable and every Voucher already purchased will be honored.
Please contact us to arrange a suitable date.
4 people per class.
Class must be full to go ahead.
To be paid in FULL before date of class.
VOUCHERS ARE AVAILABLE - this makes a great gift for someone!
Price : £50 per person.
This price includes the sausage making class with our Butchers and you take your hand made sausages home.

Congratulations to our Daughter, Anna Johnson and her Husband Sam, who entered two of our Pigs into the Thrapston Fat Stock Show. They won their Class and also were named 'Champion Pen of Pigs' for the three years. Well Done!!
