cancellations and returns

If you are unsatisfied with a product, please do contact us and we will resolve the matter either through a refund or replacement, at our discretion. You have the right to cancel any order made, unless the order has already been despatched in which case we will be unable to cancel the order. TFM Butchers reserve the right to offer conditions on refunds based on quality reasons. We may ask for you to provide evidence of any quality issue, and may make arrangements for these items to be collected or returned to us. Failure to provide evidence, or make such items available for return, could compromise your ability to have a refund. All refunds are at the company’s discretion. All refunds will be processed within 10 working days of an agreed refund amount.
