OUR BEEF
We have been breeding and rearing Hereford Cattle for 30 years. Our cattle are grass fed most of the year expect during the winter months when they are fed on our own cut hay and locally grown straw and barley.
OUR PORK
As a family we have been breeding and rearing pigs for over 40 years.
We have a few different breeds of pig: Large White, Welsh and Saddleback.
Very recently we were successful in registering our own Trade Mark for our 'Isleham Blue Pork' - We cross a black pig, for instance a Saddleback with a white pig, for instance a Large White to produce the Isleham Blue.
Come and try it, its very good.
OUR LAMB
We introduced lamb about 3 years ago. We breed from Suffolk Mules and a Pedigree Flock of Hampshire Downs. We also sell Hoggot and on the odd occasion, Mutton. The sheep are out to graze our all year round.
OUR OVEN READY CHICKEN
We purchase day old chicks and rear them. They average 2.5kg oven ready whole and portioned.
